Life Fitness cardio - treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and cross trainers feature 17 inch TV screens. Life Fitness Signature Series strength equipment features air assist adjustments, comfortable seats and increment weight adjustments. The experienced weight lifter will appreciate HAMMER STRENGTH equipment, squat racks, smith machine, cable machines, pre-loaded bars and Intek free weights. Get help from a certified personal trainer or perfect your own workout routine. Hours available to sign up or view the club Monday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. Tuesday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Wednesday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. Thursday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Friday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Members have access 24 hours/day 365 days/year. If you are looking for a real gym, this is it. The equipment is top of the line and it is a professional space. I looked around town at other gyms before I joined and they were pathetic compared to Physique. Whoever wrote the reviews for the "other" gym in town must be the owner or employee. That gym sucks compared to Physique.
