Its way too busy on weekdays around 5 o'clock, but it is totally empty on weekends. Need to get better at plowing their parking lot.
Great basketball courts, facilities, staff. I am so glad they finally brought back their dip stand last week.
This is one of the best gyms I've been to in Des Moines. Their facility on Merle Hay is also quite good.
