great gym!

this gym is great!!! the staff are very friendly and all of the equipment is VERY clean!!! i would recommend this gym to anyone!!

KCH Health and Wellness Center

This facility is not large, but offers almost all of the same equipment found in larger gyms. The Wellness Center seems to be more popular with people over 40 years old. I like the fact that you are "tested" on different skill levels before you start. The staff are knowledgeable about health, nutrition, and how to help each person, depending on their goals and physical abilities. Staff can even take your blood pressure as often as you wish, if needed. Additional classes are offered, including yoga for cancer patients. The only time I have found the center to be crowded is around 4:30 pm. You may purchase a full membership, or just pay to use the walking track. I believe you get a good value for your money at the Health and Wellness Center.
