this place rocks! i spend most of my time downstairs in the boxing area and do some cardio... dumbbells is a good deal comapred to other gyms in my area plus i can go anytime i want....

dumbbells is a good lifting gym... they put some new treadmills in about a year ago... they also have a good selection of weights and machines... probably geared more towards someone who lifts rather than someone is casual, but for the price you can't beat it...
another plus is that it's 24 hours... during the summer, it gets a bit hot, and the place is crowded during 5-7pm like any other place, but otherwise not bad.
