nice and upgraded

wow this place is so much nicer than the old gym - the locker rooms are nice now, and most of the machines are...

they have a bunch of classes and a little track outside on the cliff where you can see the new york skyline

they have a pool and a cool view of the city

palisadum used to be a really outdated gym, but thy have since renovated it quite nicely... a major plus is that they have a pool, but since it is one of the only gyms with a pool, it is normally crowded... you do get a nice atmosphere with nice people and great views of new york city

nice casual gym

I've been going here for years, and I really like this gym. I mostly go running and live in one of the nearby towers. The new renovation is night and day from the old gym. Great views of NYC while you run! Pool is nice but usually crowded.

all around good gym

this gym had been recently renovated which was really needed... this gym has a good sized swimming pool but it normall packed with the exception of early morning or late nights... there is a open swim area but it is usually tied up by swimming classes...

the machines and equipment are somewhat older... the gym offers a great view of manhattan and a outdoor running track...

locker rooms also renovated, and spacious... steam room and sauna decent sized...

decent gym for the casual fitness enthusiast
