Anytime Fitness is a great place to work out. It is open 24 hours a day to accommodate every ones schedule. I have personally been participating in their fitness programs (Human Billboard and Better Body Bootcamp) for two years now. I also take advantage of the personal training occasionally as well. They offer programs in the early morning and in the evening. I like the early morning because I'm a busy working mom and can get my workout in before my day starts. The instructors are awesome. They challenge you without making you feel uncomfortable. The owners are also really involved and ensure that you get the best workout and service available. I highly recommend trying Anytime Fitness!!!
