Staff are totally disinterested in anything but themselves. They will be your best friend untill after you have signed a contract. They lie to you and encourage you not to bother with the fine print in your contract. I was sold personal training sessions. I only wanted the session for the summer as I must return to school in the fall. No problem, cancel the training at any time I was told by my sales person ADAM, currently working at the Belevue club after leaving Renton. When I went to cancel the training I was told I had signed a contract for 12 months and that to get out of the contracxt would cost $750. I explained why I had signed up initially, that I was a student and only signed up for the summer. I explained that I could only afford the summer because of having two jobs, but come the fall I couldn't handle it. No worries, just call us an cancel the personal training anytime I was promised by ADAM. The general manager was totally unhelpful. He wouldn't give me azny contact information for his supervisor and gave me the total runaround about not having his supervisors phone number. Please what a pile of #&%*.
The pool is filthy as is the hot tub. There are no spay bottles to wipe down equipment and many pieces of equipment remain broken for months.
