The equipment in the place keeps breaking down and they are very slow to make repairs. The "Smith" workout machines are both out of balance and they do nothing about it. The steam room keep breaking down and being placed out of order. The last time I was there 4 out of 5 threadmills were out of order. The instructors are rude and rarely replace the weights used by their clients. The sign above the free weights clearly state pls replace your own weights.
