Hey there! I joined Fitworks about a month ago and I absolutely love it! the changes I have been seeing in my body are radical. I am losing body fat and gaining strong, healthy muscle tone. The staff is very welcoming and encouraging. It is on the smaller side but they have a ton of equipment for whatever you need. The personal training sessions are great for anyone seeking nutrition advice, workout strategies, coaching, encouragement, and more. I used to be intimidated by the gym, but now I can't stay away from Fitworks. It is my home away from home, a great place to have fun with new HIIT workouts, and a place to get some real gains.
